SAP B1 Functional Consultant
Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP B1 Functional Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Business One ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of business processes across modules like Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP B1 modules based on client needs.
Conduct end-user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document business processes, workflows, and configuration settings.
Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations, reports, and customizations.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis and propose optimized SAP B1 solutions.
Prepare project documentation such as blueprints, test scripts, and SOPs.

Financials (GL, AR, AP, Banking)
Sales and Purchasing
Inventory and Warehouse Management
Production / MRP (if applicable)
CRM and Service Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with SAP Business One.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and logistics.
Experience in SAP B1 implementation life cycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
Knowledge of SAP B1 HANA and SQL Server environments is a plus.
SAP B1 certification (functional) preferred.

Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Client-facing experience is a plus.

Optional/Bonus Skills
Knowledge of local statutory or tax requirements (e.g., GST, VAT).
Experience with report writing tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
Familiarity with SAP B1 Add-ons and Integration Framework.
