Mr. S. M. Gupta ( Director )

A law graduate from Calcutta university as well as fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and is also the director of various companies which are related to I.T enabled services, e-Learning, customized software development, ERP implementation, NBFCs, share broking business, capital market services, Medical Transcription, Call Center, e-accounting and also CAGI and RBI empanelled auditor since 1981. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee and has the designation of Non-Executive Director in Lee & Nee Softwares (Exports) Ltd.

Mrs. Arpita Gupta ( Director )

A fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), by profession. She is also director in software companies carrying in business of web designing, e-commerce, customizes software development including oracle, SAP & ERP implementation thereof. She is experienced in Company Law, Auditing, Securities Contract Regulation Act and allied laws regarding listing, FEMA and other direct and indirect taxation. She has fourteen years of experience and is well versed in Capital Market. She is a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Lee & Nee Softwares (Exports) Ltd. She is having the designation of Non-Executive Director in the Company.

Mr. Mahesh Gupta ( MD & CEO )

Mahesh Gupta, a Chartered Accountant since 2003 with a degree in International Marketing from UC Berkeley, has expertly led Lee & Nee Softwares (Exports) Ltd. since 2007. His education includes a technology degree from NIIT, equipping him with a blend of finance, marketing, and technical skills.

As the newly appointed Managing Director, Mr. Mahesh Gupta has transformed the company into a leader in Digital Transformation and Technology Consulting. His commitment to innovation is evident in his drive to integrate advanced AI technologies into business operations. An avid sports fan, he continually seeks to merge cutting-edge technology with innovative business strategies.
