Tele Caller
Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in telesales or call center.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
