    Checking the status

    Clear context 

    A few reviews might be from individuals representing a customer. You need to explain the whole thing in detail.     Submit the appeal 

    To remove the negative review, you must submit an appeal. Sometimes it happens that Google denies the request to discard the negative review. Select the “Appeal” button on the screen. Include the case ID number that you received via email. The moderators who are not associated with Google run this forum. Receive a third-party opinion after posting on the forum.
