Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
Follow up on leads and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Fluent in English, Hindi, etc.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telesales or call center.
Multilingual abilities.
Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
