Tele Caller
Description
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in telesales or call center.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented attitude.
